Issuing of Disabled Persons 2017 Movement

We know that Disabled People Movement are issued for 2017 at the offices of the Social Welfare Directorate at Andromeda 15 in Mytilene (tel. 2251353921), as well as at the local Citizens Service Centers (KEP) of island of Lesbos, from 26/10/2017 to 30/11/2017.

Beneficiaries are invited to submit a Sanitary Committee report stating the pathological disability percentage (at least 67%), a police ID card or photocopy thereof and a photocopy of the financial statement for the previous financial year (2016).

We also clarify that for the issue of a new disabled card, two (2) recent photos and three (3) cards are required to issue a Blind escort of a Blind or Mentally Challenged Person.
